# Setting Description
1 File

Full path to file that contains the template
The template can be in a file that is external to the active workbook
Click the File button to open a File Browser dialog box to select a file.

2 Worksheet Specifies the worksheet that is will be used as the template.
3 Columns
Specifies a range on the template that contains column names for the report.  These columns will then be available in the Column Selector for formatting the report.

For example, a data source contains a field named Date.  The template uses the Date field to derive a new field called Age.  The Columns range is used to make the Age field available so that the field can be formatted.

If the Columns range is NOT set, then the Age field will not be available since it is not returned by the data source (it is a derived field).

4 Detail A range of rows that indicate the template rows that should be used for
each record.

If set, the entire template will be copied for the first record, but
the application will only copy the detail range for subsequent records.

If not set, the entire template will be copied for each and every record.
5 View Opens the file that contains the template.
6 Edit Opens the file that contains the template and displays the template
field chooser dialog.
7 Multiple Records on Page Place multiple records on the same page until the record breaks
across a page boundary.
8 Table Style Use this feature when the template's layout is tabular. This enables
the report to use features (e.g. Group By) normally available only when
the report layout is a table.
9 Resize Row to Fit Text Resizes the row to fit the text each time a field is placed in a cell that has
Wrap Text enabled.
10 Record Spacing Number of blank rows used as a separator between records.

Allowable values: integer 0-10
